Returns and Exchanges

                RETURN POLICY:

-REFUNDS ARE STORE CREDIT ONLY-
IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, SIMPLY RETURN THE UNUSED ITEM IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE AND WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A STORE CREDIT, MINUS OUR SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS.

Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it, the item must be returned with original tags still attached. Items sent back worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, stains of any sort, pet hair, smoke &/or perfume smell will not be accepted.

We do not exchange, if you need a different size or different item, please place a new order. 

ALL Jewelry is FINAL SALE. 

ALL Bags/Purses are FINAL SALE. 

STORE-WIDE SALES are FINAL SALE as we are trying to move merchandise to make room for new items. We will not accept any returns from store-wide sale events.

Note, all footwear must be in it's original box, and placed inside another box for return. No labels or tape may be attached to the boot/shoe box. Shoes must be in unused condition. 

No returns accepted on purses, bags or wallets.

Damages or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective we need to be notified within 48 hours for a replacement or full refund. Notification past the 2 day return window will not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, have had the tags removed or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Please be sure to include your order number and name on the outside of your return.
We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.
